After and oven fire in our kitchen we called Dave Lyman, SERVPRO to help with smoke damage and cleanup.  What can i say; Dave Lyman's team did a great job!  I was impressed with his promptness and efficiency.  Dave was on top of everything going on...stopping in to check work often and kept good communication with me every step of the way.  That was huge!  It started with Marcella, who answered the phone.  She was so pleasant and helpful!  Project manager, John Tremonte came out to evaluate smoke damage and immediately set everything in motion.  Rosemary and Kim washed walls, cleaned carpet, furniture and draperies.  My house never looked so clean!! (Don't tell anyone that).  The comes our painter, Greg.  What a great job and he was so pleasant!  Out wall paper went up last with TJ finishing up.  Looks so fresh and clean.  Thank you all making it so easy for us and taking care of everything.  You have a great team! My dogs will miss you guys!
